Starting your day right actually starts from the night before.
I’ve been struggling to go to bed on time. Mostly I sleep around 1am and wake at 8am. So I get about 7 hours of sleep most days. That’s usually enough though not as much as I’d like.
Ideally I’d like to get 8 hours and sleep by 12am.
And I’d love to wake by 7.30am and spend that time with the Lord before I go make breakfast and get ready for work.
Because I know that’s not just a good way to start the day, it’s the best way.
